Job summary

Adyen seeks a Finance Tech Support Engineer to join our global finance operations. You will be the expert on Adyen's platform and financial products, supporting merchants' finance teams to operate and grow using our solutions.

Based in our Bangalore office, this office-first role does not offer remote work. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in direct B2B support in banking/payments, strong Excel skills, excellent English, and a finance/economics background.

Qualifications

3+ years of direct B2B customer support in banking, payments or financial services.
Strong finance and analytical skills with ability to learn internal accounting systems.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for merchants on financial issues via email and phone.
Educate and advise merchants' financial teams to maximize platform value.
Receive, analyze pain points and collaborate with Finance Product and Development teams to improve products.
