Qualifications

• Graduate in Management, Accounting, Finance, or similar; 1–3 years in a start-up/fintech environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail oriented; can spot patterns in data and notice anomalies.

Responsibilities

• Own reconciliation processes for all Xendit products regionally; ensure funds move correctly and no exposure.
• Collaborate with product, partnerships and finance to automate recons and close gaps.
• Set up reconciliations for new products as we expand to markets; maintain best-in-class standards.
