• Experience in supervising a staff or team.

• Review financial transactions, reconciliations, journal entries, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze financial performance against budgets and prior-year results.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Oversee audits, internal controls, team performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
