Job summary

A financial services company in Metro Manila is seeking a finance professional to manage funds, oversee financial reporting, and prepare budget analyses. The ideal candidate should have a BS in Accountancy or CPA, with strong management and time management skills. You will ensure the timely processing of financial documents and report to the VP of Finance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy preferred.
• CPA preferred.
• Excellent management and time management skills required.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to perform tasks assigned by VP - Finance.

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs management of funds of the company.
• In charge of monitoring and controlling the Company's cash inflow and outflow.
• Oversees the production of periodic financial reports.
• Prepares and analyses Sales Report on a timely basis.
• In charge of budget preparation and analysis, including template creation.
• Clearing Bank Reconciling items.
• Ensures on-time processing of Check Vouchers and disbursements.

• In charge of monitoring and controlling the Company's cash inflow and outflow
• Oversees the production of periodic financial reports
• Prepares and analyses Sales Report on a timely basis
• In charge of preparation and analysis of budget and forecast, including creation and dissemination of template
• Clearing of Bank Reconciling items
• Ensures on time processing of Check Vouchers and disbursements within 3 working days upon receipt of APV
