Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA is a strong advantage)
• Experience: 5–7 years in financial planning & analysis, accounting, or regulatory reporting
• Banking/financial services experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis: analyze financial performance, build forecasts and models, track KPIs
• Budgeting & Forecasting support across departments
• Regulatory, Financial, and Tax Reporting: ensure timely regulatory submissions and prepare management reports
• Collaboration & Reporting: coordinate with accounting, treasury, and operations for data gathering and audits
• Loans Accounting Oversight: review loan accounting entries and processes in Core Banking System
• Month-End and Year-End Closing: assist closures and reporting cycles
• Ad-Hoc Reporting & Support: deliver ad-hoc financial reports and improve controls
