Job summary

NetBank is seeking a Business Finance Manager to lead financial planning and analysis, oversee regulatory and management reporting, and ensure data accuracy across departments.

You will partner with accounting, treasury, and operations teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and data-driven insights, while supporting audits, tax compliance, and loan accounting within the Core Banking System.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is a strong advantage.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, accounting, or regulatory reporting.
• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities
