Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Sr. Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, FP&A, budgeting, and controls. The role requires a CPA active, a Bachelor's degree (BS Accountancy) and at least 10 years of progressive finance experience, with 3 years in a leadership position. The position is 100% onsite in Antipolo, Rizal, Philippines.

Experience with multinational, cross-border operations and intercompany accounting is highly preferred. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• CPA active is required.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls.
• Experience supporting multinational organizations and cross-border operations.
• Knowledge of intercompany accounting, transfer pricing, and multi-entity business structures.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
• Experience in BPO, IT-BPM, Shared Services, Technology, or Professional Services environments is highly preferred.
