Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Financial or Accounting Staff.
• Solid understanding of Financial set-up and procedures.
• Excellent in analytical and decision making skills.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Software.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• BS degree in Finance or Accounting and related fields.
• Proficiency in Filipino, English and Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare online banking orders and register bank statements.
• Handle invoicing, receipts and accounts.
• Check warehouse and logistics costs and keep accounts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and print statements monthly.
• Process invoicing orders from marketplaces and organize data.
• Handle customs goods in/out of warehouse.
• Reconcile accounts and bind vouchers.
• Coordinate with local financial audits for tax matters.
• Encode sales and purchases in the BIR System (SLSP).
• Perform ad-hoc team tasks as needed.
