Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Financial Reporting Supervisor to lead a team and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. You will oversee month-end closing, supervise staff, and coordinate with clients to address their requirements.

This role demands strong communication, process improvement, and adherence to accounting standards. You will handle accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, and intercompany activity, guiding the team to meet deadlines and deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, financial management, or a business-related field.
2–3 years of financial reporting experience.
At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
Hands-on month-end closing experience.
Experience with accruals, prepayments, bank reconciliations, and intercompany accounting.
CPA certification is a strong advantage.
Intermediate Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support a team handling financial reporting activities.
Oversee month-end closing and related accounting processes.
Ensure accurate handling of accruals, prepayments, bank reconciliations, and intercompany accounting.
Monitor team performance, workload, quality, and deadlines.
Resolve accounting and reporting issues and provide guidance to team members.
Communicate directly with clients and address their concerns or requirements.
Improve workflows and maintain effective accounting processes and SOPs.
