Scan Global Logistics is seeking a Finance Process Excellence Specialist to drive data-driven decision making across finance operations. The role focuses on gathering data, measuring SLAs and KPIs, building dashboards, and supporting continuity during attrition periods.

The successful candidate will lead process improvement initiatives, engage cross-functional teams, train staff, and monitor performance to ensure compliant, scalable processes within our global SSC framework.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or shared services.
• Experience with finance, accounting and KPI/report generation.
• Lean, Six Sigma certified or equivalent process improvement certification.
• Nice to have: experience with Shared Service Center operations.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and analyze data to measure SLAs and KPIs.
• Build and maintain dashboards to visualize data and support decisions.
• Analyze current business processes and identify improvement areas.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and inform actions.
• Facilitate workshops and training to promote process excellence.
• Monitor and report on progress of improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Act as a key support resource during attrition periods to ensure continuity.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate attrition impact.
• Train and mentor team members to build process knowledge and resilience.
