• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve data discrepancies.
• Ability to understand and apply standard practices and procedures.

• Exposure to SQL for data extraction and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Finance Data Analyst team.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members; review and validate reporting, analysis, and reconciliation outputs.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex reporting, reconciliation, and data-related issues.
• Support management and business stakeholders in producing analysis and reporting to drive business accountability and measure performance.
• Reconcile premium, claims, and expense discrepancies between front-end systems and financial reporting systems; investigate data reconciliation issues.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information used in reporting.
• Develop strong relationships with business units, operational leaders, and finance stakeholders; liaison with US Finance stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting quality, efficiency, and process discipline across the team.
