Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related 4-year course.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• 2+ years experience preferred in related field.
• Proficient PC skills including MS Office.
• Good coordination and mathematical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and timely deposit of remittances of collections
• Preparation of collection receipts, cash control and cash receipts book
• Custodian of Petty Cash Fund (PCF) and Delivery Fund (DF)
• Preparation of bi-monthly payroll and allowances
• Preparation of monthly government dues extracted from payroll
• Preparation of Check Disbursement Voucher (CDV) and checks
• Releasing of company-issued checks
• Preparation of reports
