Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing.
• Knowledge of SSS, HMDF, and PhilHealth payments.
• Familiarity with tax returns and bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll on the 15th and 30th of each month.
• Process payments to SSS, HMDF and Philhealth.
• Prepare monthly commissions.
• Prepare tax returns.
• Encode SLSPI, MAP, QAP and SAWT.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Check vouchers prepared by the AP Specialist.
• Update job knowledge by participating in accounting educational opportunities.
