Job summary

Pioneer Your Insurance in Laguna, Philippines, is seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Officer to manage the zone’s financial transactions and ensure accurate, compliant processing. You will oversee cash advances, petty cash, liquidations, reimbursements, and incentive disbursements, and coordinate with CPMI Accounting to settle payables with CARD MBA.

Regular bank reconciliations and unit visits are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably business or financial related).
• Good in written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Suite.
• Attention to details.
• Customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial transactions within the assigned zone, including Cash Advances, Petty Cash Fund, Liquidations, Reimbursements, and Incentive Disbursements.
• Assist in ensuring that CPMI Accounting settles payables with CARD MBA in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reconcile bank accounts and coordinate with the admin regarding untraced or unidentified transactions.
• Conduct regular monitoring visits to units and centers, and attend meetings as required.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all financial transactions within the covered zone.
