Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Prior experience as an Accountant or Accounting Officer.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax laws.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and administration skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, P/L, and related reports).
• Record assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses in compliance with accounting standards.
• Maintain monthly schedules of expenses, accrued expenses, and other payables.
• Perform account reconciliations for balance sheets and expense accounts.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and BIR requirements.
• Supervise and guide the accounting team, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Identify process improvements and strengthen internal control systems.
• Assist in monthly P/L analysis, audits, and financial reviews.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties for required documents and data.
• Evaluate financial risks and recommend improvements.
• Manage business accounts and budgets.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents.
