Job summary

CIS Bayad Center, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Reconciliation Specialist to join our payments operations team in Metro Manila.

You will perform timely reconciliation across payment platforms, banking channels, and partner reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies. Qualifications include a degree in Accountancy/Finance, 2+ years in reconciliation or shared services, strong analytical skills, and proficient MS Office, especially Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any business-related course.
• 2+ years experience in finance operations, reconciliation, accounting, or shared services handling payment operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to details.
• Proficient in MS Office; intermediate to advanced MS Excel is a plus.
• Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Flexible and eager to learn new things.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely reconciliation of financial transactions across payment platforms, banking channels, partner reports, and internal systems.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of transaction records; identify variances or exceptions.
• Investigate reconciliation discrepancies and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for resolution.
• Ensure all reconciliations are completed within established SLAs.
• Review transactions, requests, adjustments, and supporting docs for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Validate transaction eligibility and ensure approvals and evidence are in place before processing.
• Monitor outstanding reconciling items and follow up until resolution.
• Support month-end/year-end closing activities with complete reconciliation schedules.
• Support other reconciliation functions and participate in job rotation and business continuity.
