This role requires strong leadership, communication, and finance/operational experience, with preference for ERP expertise (Oracle, SAP) and PMP-like credentials.

Qualifications

• Finance graduates with 5+ years of relevant Finance/Operational experience.
• Strong project management experience.
• Demonstrates strong communication (verbal and written) skills and can positively influence behaviors and outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with teams from different cultural backgrounds.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and develop a comprehensive program roadmap with timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Oversee multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking progress against goals.
• Identify risks and issues; develop mitigation strategies to avoid disruption to operations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships; provide regular leadership updates on progress and outcomes.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive improvements through automation or new tools.
• Ensure governance and compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Support change management and train teams on new processes or tools.
