Job summary

AOSP - Manila is seeking a Finance Manager with a strong collections background to lead the Accounts Receivable team and drive strategic initiatives for new business integrations. You will oversee 40-50 team members and coordinate with global finance and product teams to streamline Order-to-Cash processes.

The ideal candidate has a decade of experience in finance/OTC, excellent communication, and a track record of leading cross-functional projects and process improvements across multiple geos.

Qualifications

• Finance graduates with 10+ years of relevant finance/operational experience and strong collections background.
• Experience leading and managing a 40-50 member team across receivables processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence across cultures and stakeholders.
• Solid analytical ability to evaluate business processes.
• Experience with ERP and BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the AR/OTC operations for global initiatives and new business integrations.
• Drive process excellence, system implementations, and team development across global AR operations.
• Coordinate with finance, operations, product and IT teams to implement new business programs.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective dispute management, portal invoicing, remittance application, and collections.
• Develop and track performance metrics for OTC lifecycle and controls.
