About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Operations Manager to oversee key finance operations within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role will ensure strong financial controls, accurate reporting, effective cost management, and efficient finance processes while providing management with relevant financial insights for business decisions.
This is an ideal opportunity for a high-potential Finance professional who is ready to take on broader leadership responsibilities and progress toward a Finance Controller role within approximately 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations, financial reporting, and management accounting.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
- Manage manufacturing costing, product costing, and cost-control activities.
- Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Strengthen financial controls, policies, procedures, and governance.
- Review financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Support financial investment evaluation and other key business decisions.
- Partner closely with operations and other functions to address financial and cost-related concerns.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reports and management information.
- Drive process improvements and strengthen the overall effectiveness of the finance function.
- Lead and develop the finance team while preparing for broader Finance leadership responsibilities.
Qualifications
- CPA with strong financial, analytical, and business acumen.
- At least 8 years of relevant Finance experience.
- Strong experience in manufacturing, preferably pharmaceutical, FMCG, or consumer products.

- Experience in a reputable audit or professional services environment is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
