Job summary

Our Clients seeks a Finance Operations Manager for a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in Calabarzon. You will oversee daily finance operations, ensure strong controls, accurate reporting, and cost management while delivering insights to senior management.

This role provides leadership growth with a clear path toward Finance Controller within about 12 months. You will lead budgeting, costing, governance, and collaborate with operations to improve profitability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• CPA with strong financial, analytical, and business acumen.
• 8+ years of finance experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably pharmaceutical, FMCG, or consumer products.
• Experience in Financial Reporting, Management Accounting, Manufacturing & Product Costing, Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial Analysis, Financial Controls, and Investments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations, financial reporting, and management accounting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
• Manage manufacturing costing, product costing, and cost-control activities.
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Strengthen financial controls, policies, procedures, and governance.
• Review financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Support financial investment evaluation and other key business decisions.
• Partner closely with operations and other functions to address financial and cost-related concerns.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reports and management information.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen the overall effectiveness of the finance function.
• Lead and develop the finance team while preparing for broader Finance leadership responsibilities.
