Job summary

The Henry Hotels and Resorts (Official) is seeking a Finance Supervisor to oversee daily accounting and finance operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. You will prepare revenue reports, handle payroll, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and oversee Xero-based processes, including income audits and tax compliance.

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 1 year of hotel experience are required; strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in accounting or finance (Hotel).
• Experience with Xero is preferred.
• Knowledge of AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliation, and Philippine tax requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Honest, reliable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor daily revenue reports.
• Verify and audit daily transactions and merchant terminals.
• Process payroll, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare customer invoices and monitor collections.
• Perform bank reconciliations and bank deposits.
• Conduct income audits and prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) reports.
• Handle CWT and EWT requirements.
• Manage end-to-end accounting using Xero.
• Maintain and organize financial documents and records.
• Manage the Petty Cash Fund (PCF).
• Supervise daily finance activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
