The Henry Hotels Clark in the Philippines is seeking a Finance/Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily finance and accounting operations, monitor revenues and cash flow, and support month-end closings.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 1–2 years’ hospitality experience, proficiency in Excel and accounting systems, and demonstrates analytical, organizational, and leadership skills with attention to detail.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented and trustworthy.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily finance and accounting operations.
• Monitor hotel revenues, expenses, and cash flow.
• Review financial records, invoices, and reports.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Support audits and internal controls.
