Job summary

The Henry Hotels and Resorts (Official) is seeking a Finance Supervisor to oversee daily accounting and finance operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. You will prepare revenue reports, handle payroll, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and oversee Xero-based processes, including income audits and tax compliance.

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 1 year of hotel experience are required; strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in accounting or finance (Hotel).
• Experience with Xero is preferred.
• Knowledge of AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliation, and Philippine tax requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Honest, reliable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities
