The AP & AR Officer role handles day-to-day financial transactions, including supplier invoicing, receipting, and cash allocation, supporting procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes. The position requires 1–3 years in AP/AR or finance, strong attention to detail, and experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 Finance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in AP, AR or Finance Administration.
• Experience processing financial transactions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• ERP system experience.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance experience.
• Shared services or BPO experience.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and validate against supporting docs.
• Maintain supplier account records and monitor approval workflows.
• Generate customer invoices and process receipts/payments.
• Allocate cash receipts and support month-end activities.
• Assist with AP reporting and financial reconciliations.
• Support debtor administration and collections tracking.
• Ensure compliance with operating procedures.
