Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Sr. Analyst in Manila, Philippines to join Finance Operations Excellence. You will bridge FSSC with Digital Solutioning, translate business needs into functional requirements, and help deliver finance transformation projects that improve efficiency and outcomes.

You will lead requirements gathering, document process maps, and support UAT and testing to ensure the solutions meet business objectives. Strong analytical skills and ERP familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, Finance transformation, operational excellence, project delivery, shared services, or related discipline.
• Experience with process mapping, workflow documentation, SOP development, and requirements documentation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, data analytics, reporting platforms, and digital/automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with FSSC leaders and team members to understand business problems, pain points, opportunities, and desired outcomes.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering discussions and translate business needs into clear, complete, and actionable functional requirements for Digital Solutioning.
• Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and support the definition of future-state processes and requirements.
• Challenge and clarify business requirements to ensure that proposed solutions address the underlying problem.
• Develop business requirements, process maps, workflows, SOPs, acceptance criteria, and other supporting documentation required for solution development and implementation.
• Serve as the primary liaison between FSSC and Digital Solutioning throughout the solution lifecycle, ensuring requirements and business expectations are clearly understood.
• Coordinate and support business validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including development of test scenarios, tracking of issues, and confirmation that delivered solutions meet agreed requirements.
• Perform data analysis and develop reports or insights as needed to support requirements analysis, business cases, decision-making, and measurement of solution outcomes.
