ACUHERB MARKETING INT'L CORPORATION is hiring an Accounting Assistant in Makati City, Metro Manila. The role supports day-to-day financial operations within the Finance team on a full-time basis, ensuring accurate records and compliance with accounting standards.

The successful candidate will handle invoices, reconciliations, payroll support, and financial documentation with strong Excel and accounting software skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel required.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational abilities and ability to multitask.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability, integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
• Prior experience in accounting/finance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process and record financial transactions including invoices, receipts and expense reports.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
• Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Filing and organizing financial documents per procedures.
• Assist with payroll processing and related admin tasks.
• Respond to financial queries from internal departments.
• Perform general accounting administration and clerical duties as required.
