MicroSourcing is seeking a Finance Officer to provide administration and operational support for broking systems. You will ensure data accuracy, assist with bank reconciliations and financial reporting across multiple entities.

The role supports the Group Finance Controller, brokers and authorised representatives while maintaining controls and efficient financial workflows. Onsite, day shift with competitive rewards and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Understanding of financial administration processes within the insurance broking industry.
• Knowledge of premium processing, receipting and debtor management workflows.
• Awareness of trust accounting requirements and financial controls relevant to AFSL environments.
• Familiarity with broking administration systems and financial reporting processes.
• Strong attention to detail and financial data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective administration and operational support for broking administration systems across multiple entities.
• Maintain data quality within the broking platform and support financial workflows.
• Assist with basis bank reconciliation and reporting processes for robust controls.
• Collaborate with brokers, authorised representatives and external counterparties to resolve queries.
• Support trust accounting, reconciliations and month-end reporting.
