Job summary

Festive Tour Inc is seeking an experienced Finance Officer to support the company’s day-to-day accounting, finance, and settlement operations. The role will handle general accounting transactions, receivables and cash management, travel settlement review, and other finance-related tasks.

You will ensure accurate bookkeeping, prepare invoices, monitor collections, perform bank reconciliations, and assist with month-end close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Solid understanding of general accounting, bookkeeping and taxation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with ability to reconcile financial data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general accounting records and books.
• Prepare invoices, monitor collections, and manage accounts receivable.
• Assist in cash flow monitoring and fund management.
• Review travel settlement reports and related documents.
• Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end closing.
• Coordinate with departments, clients, and suppliers on finance matters.
• Handle ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks.
