Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Finance Officer to prepare and review financial information, manage account records, process transactions, and analyze data to support internal departments with compliant fiscal practices.

The role involves advising teams on best practices, handling invoices and payments, and assisting with audits, payroll, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field.
• At least 1 year relevant work experience in Finance or Accounting or similar field preferred.
• Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Facilitates the preparation of operating budgets, financial statements, and reports.
• Processing requisition and other business forms, checking account balances, and approving purchases.
• Advising other departments on best practices related to fiscal procedures.
• Managing account records, issuing invoices, and handling payments.
• Collaborating with internal departments to reconcile any accounting discrepancies.
• Analyzing financial data and assisting with audits, reviews, and tax preparations.
• Updating financial spreadsheets and reports with the latest available data.
• Reviewing existing financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Providing assistance with payroll administration.
• Keeping records and documenting financial processes.

SUMMARY:

Finance Officer prepares and reviews financial information. He/she manages account records, process transactions, and analyze financial data. He/she also advise Finance Officers, Team Leaders and internal departments on best practices to ensure compliance in financial regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field.
2. At least 1 year relevant work experience in Finance or Accounting or similar field preferred.
