Role Description The Finance Officer (CPA) is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati, responsible for overseeing the bank’s general accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. The role includes managing the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. This position supervises the recording of journal entries, reconciliation of accounts, and maintenance of the general ledger, including the monitoring and accounting of fixed assets. The Finance Officer coordinates with internal and external auditors, supports tax and regulatory reporting, and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls. The role also involves leading and developing the accounting team, providing guidance on complex accounting issues, and collaborating with other departments on financial and operational matters.
