Qualifications

Strong technical expertise in Accounting and Finance, with the ability to interpret and apply accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Hands-on experience with Journal Entries and general ledger management, including account reconciliations and month-end/year-end closing.

Responsibilities

Oversee the bank's general accounting operations and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support tax and regulatory reporting.
Lead and develop the accounting team and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
