Job summary

Onward Worldwide Management & Consultancy Corp. in Makati invites an experienced accountant to join the finance team. You will manage AP/AR, treasury operations, and reconciliations, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely payments.

The role requires 3–5 years in Accounting, proficiency with QuickBooks or Xero, and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. Excellent communication and leadership potential are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related Business Administration field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience with computerized bookkeeping and accounting software (QuickBooks or Xero).
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Verify invoices and supporting documents and ensure timely payment processing.
• Track receivables via aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Record payments and perform internal reconciliations between AR and GL.
• Conduct weekly bank reconciliations and manage company bank accounts.
• Prepare cash flow and cash position reports and assist with ad-hoc tasks.
