Job summary

Latte Recruitment is seeking a Finance Assistant in Makati, Philippines, to ensure accurate financial data, optimize processes, and guide the finance team. The role covers accounts payable/receivable, treasury reconciliations, and ad-hoc reporting under the Finance Supervisor and Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field and 1–2 years in accounting or finance, plus hands-on experience with QuickBooks or Xero, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related Business Administration field.
1-2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
Experience with computerized bookkeeping and accounting software like QuickBooks or Xero.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and receivable, verify invoices and ensure timely payments.
Perform treasury tasks including reconciliations and cash flow reporting.
Assist with ad-hoc reports and support the Finance Supervisor and Manager as needed.
