Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Officer to support the Finance team with day-to-day accounting, payable processing, and controllership activities in a fast-paced environment in Metro Manila.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field and at least five years in accounting or accounts payable. Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems like Xero/Joiin are advantageous.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or accounts payable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (Xero/Joiin) is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements accurately and on time.
• Verify supporting documents prior to payment processing.
• Prepare payment requests and coordinate payment schedules.
• Monitor accounts payable aging and follow up on outstanding items.
• Maintain vendor records and documentation filing.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare journal entries and accounting schedules.
• Support reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Assist with external audits and tax compliance as needed.
