Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking a Chartered Accountant with 2–5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance to drive MIS, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will build models, analyze profitability, and support cash flow management to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include creating monthly reports and dashboards, collaborating with Finance, Business, and Operations teams, and delivering data-driven insights to management for growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• CA with 2–5 years in Accounts & Finance, FP&A, or Financial Analysis.
• Strong proficiency in MIS, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Hands-on in financial modelling and business modelling.
• Solid understanding of profitability analysis, cash flow, P&L, and variance analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong Excel reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly MIS, management reports, and dashboards.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Conduct detailed financial and profitability analysis across businesses.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decisions.
• Analyze revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and drivers.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts and working capital needs.
• Identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities with insights.
• Budget vs. actual analysis and investigate variances.
• Support teams and senior management with financial analysis for initiatives.
• Develop projections and scenario analyses for planning.
• Collaborate with Accounts, Finance, Business, and Operations for reporting.
• Support management in evaluating performance and making data-driven decisions.
• Improve reporting processes, controls, and analytical frameworks.
