Job summary

OwnBank seeks a Financial Planning and Analysis Officer (MIS Officer) to own end-to-end Finance MIS production and management reporting for the Board and ALCO. You will ensure dashboards, KPI packs, and analytics are accurate, timely, and audit-ready.

You will bridge GL/sub-ledger data with operational sources, automate reporting with Power Query and SQL where available, and coordinate with Finance, Risk, and Ops to explain movements and trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Management Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 2-5 years of MIS reporting, FP&A, or banking analytics experience.
• Strong Excel skills; Power Query preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly Finance MIS packs and KPI dashboards.
• Consolidate data from GL, sub-ledgers, and operational systems.
• Maintain liquidity, deposits, loans, and regulatory KPIs dashboards.
• Automate reporting using Power Query/Excel and SQL/BI tools.
• Provide ad hoc analyses for Management and cross-functional partners.
