Public Safety Savings and Loan Association, Inc. (PSSLAI) seeks a highly analytical MISD Assistant Manager to lead dashboard development, KPI monitoring, and data governance initiatives, ensuring the organization operates with consistent, accurate, real-time information for smarter decisions.

Lead enterprise dashboards, standardize KPIs across departments, and supervise the SSOT, while ensuring data quality through audits and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, CS, Analytics, Engineering, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in BI, MIS, reporting, analytics, or data management.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
• Knowledge of SQL and data pipelines is an advantage.
• Familiarity with data warehouses, metadata management, or SSOT principles.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience leading small teams or projects is a plus.
• Experience working in banking, financial services, fintech, lending institutions, or any regulated finance environment is highly preferred, especially due to the sensitivity of data, strict reporting standards, and the need for accuracy in enterprise-wide KPIs and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise dashboards (Power BI).
• Collaborate with departments to define, standardize, and monitor KPIs.
• Supervise the creation and management of the Association’s Single Source of Truth (SSOT).
• Ensure data quality through audits, validations, and governance processes.
• Train teams on dashboard usage, data literacy, and KPI interpretation.
• Oversee reporting automation and documentation of data processes.
• Work closely with IT/Security for data integrity and compliance.
