• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting systems
• Minimum of 3 years managerial experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Trustworthy, attention to detail and able to detect inconsistencies.
• Must have a positive working attitude and be highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end close processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
• Manage the accounts team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth auditing processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

About the role

As Finance Manager at OCIC Consulting Int'l. Inc.', you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company's financial accounting and reporting functions. In this full-time position based in Makati City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the company's financial records and ensuring timely and accurate reporting to key stakeholders.
