Job summary

Oxford Distributions, Inc. in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations.

This full-time role oversees accounting activities, ensures financial accuracy, and provides guidance to support strategic decision-making. You will supervise the Finance Staff, manage cash flow, budgeting, and reconciliations, and coordinate reporting with Head Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant Finance/Accounting experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Good knowledge of cash management, bank transactions, budgeting, and reconciliations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting/finance systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to supervise staff and meet reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash and bank transactions.
• Prepare and maintain regular Cash Position Reports.
• Review vouchers and ensure transactions are within the approved budget.
• Monitor actual expenses against the approved budget.
• Ensure collections are properly recorded, tallied, and reconciled.
• Monitor and ensure timely completion of bank reconciliations and employee/company advances reconciliation.
• Supervise and guide Finance Staff in their day-to-day functions.
• Coordinate and properly schedule checks for signature with authorized signatories.
• Assist in budget preparation, planning, and monitoring.
• Respond to Head Office inquiries and coordinate reporting requirements and alignment.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of Finance reports.
