Job summary

Outsource Accelerator is seeking a seasoned CPA with at least 5 years in General Accounting, Taxation or Audit to lead a finance team in the Philippines. The role demands strong Excel skills, tax expertise, and proven people management experience.

The candidate will oversee variance analyses, tax filings to BIR, investments, liquidity strategies, and collections processes to minimize overdue accounts, contributing to the company’s financial health.

Qualifications

• Preferred Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• At least 5-year work experience in General Accounting, Taxation or Audit.
• At least three (3) years in a supervisory capacity.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of PH Taxes, PH GAAP and PFRS.
• Good communication skills.
• Experienced people manager.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, maintains, reconciles, and conducts variance analyses of financial reports and/or ledger accounts.
• Ensures accurate and timely payment and filing of all tax-related returns to BIR.
• Monitors the companys investments, assess investment structures.
• Recommend appropriate strategies to maintain liquidity while maximizing investment opportunities.
• Monitors, formulates, and implements premium collection processes to reduce overdue accounts.
