Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in accounting/finance; retail/auditing background preferred.
• FMCG industry experience acceptable in lieu of retail.
• Strong background in journal entries, reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting & audit support.
• Deep knowledge of Philippine taxation and other accounting/auditing requirements, and standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with cash flow management experience.
• Process and systems oriented; able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Integrity and honesty in professional conduct.

• Conducts systems review to improve automation or cost efficiency.
• Develops and updates finance systems and documents.
