The Finance Manager will oversee core financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective planning, using SAP to support reporting and transactional processing. Leadership in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance leadership with a focus on FMCG/retail or distribution.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, and finance controls.
• Hands-on SAP experience for reporting and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor short-term and annual financial plans and budgets.
• Lead budgeting, forecasts, and variance analyses using SAP and related tools.
• Oversee financial reporting, month-end closing, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage treasury and cash flow, liaising with banks and credit facilities.
• Strengthen internal controls and cost-control initiatives.
• Support capital expenditure evaluations and investment proposals.
