The role will lead budgeting, controllership, tax planning, and business partnering to support strategic objectives.

You will manage month-end closing, financial reporting, and relationships with external auditors and government agencies, while driving process improvements and finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy, finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in management.
• Strong background in financial controllership, local finance operations, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with audits and regulatory authorities.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to applicable standards.
• Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, and close processes.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and decision support.
