Suzhou Gold Mantis Construction Decoration Co.,Ltd. seeks a senior finance professional to manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting for ongoing projects in Singapore.

You will lead cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring project profitability and compliance with statutory requirements. The role requires ACCA/CPA or equivalent, minimum 8 years in finance, strong project accounting knowledge, and Mandarin communication with China HQ.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance & accounting for projects.
• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong knowledge in project accounting and cost control.

• Manage full spectrum of finance and accounting functions for ongoing projects in Singapore.

• Manage accounts payable & receivable, including subcontractor payments, supplier invoices, and client billings.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and project financial analyses.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure cost control measures are implemented.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and headquarters (China) for financial matters.
• Work closely with Project Manager and Chinese management on financial planning and cost monitoring.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for project audit purposes.

Handle project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Manage accounts payable & receivable, including subcontractor payments, supplier invoices, and client billings.

Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and project financial analysis.

Monitor project expenses and ensure cost control measures are implemented.

Handle tax matters, GST/SST, payroll, and statutory compliance.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, and headquarters (China) for financial matters.

Work closely with Project Manager and Chinese management on financial planning and cost monitoring.

Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for project audit purposes.

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in finance & accounts, with at least 4 years.

Qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is preferred.

Strong knowledge in project accounting and cost control.

Must be able to speak, listen, read, and write in Chinese (Mandarin) for communication with Chinese management.

Accommodation will be provided subject to management approval.

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
