The FAST Logistics Group in the Philippines seeks a Finance Manager – General Accounting to lead the organization’s general accounting operations and ensure timely, compliant financial reporting. You will oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, maintain ledger integrity, review journal entries, and support internal and external audits.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA or equivalent preferred, and has significant leadership experience,

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Significant progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibility.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced financial software proficiency.

Mansioni

• Oversee general accounting operations and monthly/quarterly/annual closes.
• Ensure integrity of the general ledger and reconcile accounts.
• Review journal entries and account reconciliations; support audits.
• Develop accounting staff and enforce internal controls.
• Partner with FP&A, tax, and operations on budgeting and forecasting.
