Jade Solutions and Management Services Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager in the Philippines to oversee financial planning, analysis, budgeting and reporting, ensuring compliance with industry standards while leading a finance team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related finance course.
7–10 years of relevant experience in accounting, FP&A, budgeting, planning and analysis, ideally in a managerial or supervisory role.
Advanced knowledge in financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning and analysis, with familiarity in ERP systems such as SAP.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a finance/accounting team.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and influence skills.
High level of ethical standards and professional accountability.
Experience in manufacturing/semiconductor or electronics is an advantage.
