Quanta Philippines ROHQ in Manila is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance function as second-in-command to the Financial Controller. The role covers month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and internal controls.

The ideal candidate will have multinational experience, strong ERP and payroll systems expertise, and a proven track record in implementing finance technology and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• CPA qualification is highly desirable.
• Significant finance experience in a large, multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Financial Controller and act as 2IC.
• Oversee month-end close, reconciliations and reporting.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash management.
• Supervise accounts payable/receivable and payroll-related processes.
• Lead finance system implementations and integrations.
