Fil-Deploy Manpower Services Corporation is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage day-to-day operations onsite in Pasay. The role covers monthly statements, budgeting, forecasting, and staff development to ensure accurate financial records.

You will lead and review accounting processes, enforce internal controls, and partner with management to deliver timely, reliable financial reporting and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 3-5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reporting packages for management review.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Supervise and develop accounting staff to enhance their professional growth.
