Elite Headhunting in Pasig City, Philippines, is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis across the organization. This on-site role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on budgeting and forecasting experience, and the ability to streamline processes for efficiency.

You will collect and consolidate data, develop systems to track overhead, P&L, and cash flow, and build monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and process automation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate financial data from multiple departments.
• Develop and implement systems for tracking overhead, profit and loss, and cash flow.
• Build and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L statements.
• Oversee financial reporting processes and ensure data accuracy.
• Create clear reports on overhead, expenses, and profitability.
• Automate or improve manual processes using Excel/Google Sheets or reporting tools; recommend and implement relevant software.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with management.
• Provide accurate and timely financial insights to leadership.
• Analyze spending patterns and profitability across departments, channels, and product lines.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly management reports with actionable recommendations.
• Advise leadership on cost controls, profitability drivers, and financial risks.
• Partner with the accounting team to ensure compliance and efficiency.
