Customer Frontline Solutions, Inc. is seeking a driven Controllership Lead in the Philippines to oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and audits.

The role includes managing the closing process, ensuring accurate revenue and project accounting, supervising the external audit, and driving continuous improvement and automation of financial processes across business units.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy; must be a CPA and Board of Accountancy accredited.
• At least 3 years in General Accounting or External Audit in supervisory capacity.
• Experience in creating Accounting Policies or Manuals; MS Navigation knowledge.
• Proficient in General Accounting, Financial Statement prep/analysis; cost accounting a plus.
• Up-to-date knowledge of financial, tax and accounting software applications.

Responsibilities

• Leads the company's controllership function, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and audits.
• Oversee the financial closing and reporting activities, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements and variances report.
• Ensures accurate revenue and disbursement accounting, proper cost allocation and timely project accounting across all business units.
• Directs Tax compliance, including timely filing and remittance of all tax obligations and coordination of tax audits.
• Supervise the end-to-end accounting cycle - Journal entries, reconciliation, asset and liability management and financial document validations.
• Manages external audit processes.
• Develops and maintains accounting systems, internal controls and financial procedures to safeguard assets.
• Ensures compliance with BIR, SEC and other regulatory agency requirements including timely filing and remittance of taxes and statutory reports.
• Drives continuous improvement and automation of financial processes to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

• With knowledge in General Accounting, Financial Statement preparation and analysis, Cost Accounting is an advantage
